All data for V1.0 is stored in your browser's local storage. Use Export Backup regularly. Data is organised into collections (orders, tickets, guests, tables, payments, checkins, prizes, transfers, audit_logs, settings) so this can be migrated to Supabase later without rebuilding the interface.
